TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY

This Terms and Conditions agreement governs the sale of the Steph’s Mix product and your use of the Steph’s Mix websites. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Because our product contains multiple common allergens, please review the ingredient and allergen disclosures below carefully before purchasing.

1. Product Disclaimer & Allergen Warning

ALLERGEN WARNING: This product contains WHEAT, MILK, and SOY. It may also contain traces of other allergens due to the manufacturing environments of its component ingredients.

Ingredient List: Pretzels (Enriched wheat flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], vegetable oil, may contain one or more of the following: canola, corn, soybean, salt, corn syrup, corn starch, whey, maltodextrin, garlic powder, yeast extract, dry buttermilk, onion powder, citric acid, nonfat dry milk, cultured whole milk, parsley, sugar, spice, natural flavor, lactic acid, extractives of turmeric, extractives of paprika, silicon dioxide, sodium bicarbonate, yeast), Canola Oil; Cheese Crackers (Enriched flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, folic acid], vegetable oil [high oleic soybean, soybean, palm and/or canola oil with TBHQ], cheese made with skim milk [skim milk, whey protein, salt, cheese cultures, enzymes, annatto extract color], contains 2% or less of salt, paprika, yeast, paprika extract color, soy lecithin); Soda Crackers (Unbleached enriched flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], soybean and/or canola oil, salt, malted barley flour, baking soda, yeast, BHT); Butter Crackers (Enriched flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, folic acid], vegetable oil [canola and/or soybean with TBHQ], sugar, modified corn starch, contains 2% or less of salt, leavening [sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, monocomponent phosphate], dextrose, whey, soy lecithin); Cheese Sandwich Crackers (Unbleached enriched flour [wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], palm oil, soybean and/or canola oil, whey [from milk], sugar, cheddar cheese powder [pasteurized milk, cheese cultures]).

Consumption Risk: We are not liable for any adverse allergic reactions, illness, or medical issues resulting from the consumption of our product.

2. Orders and Payments

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including due to product unavailability, errors in pricing/descriptions, or suspected fraud.

Payment: Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via our approved payment gateways.

3. Shipping, Shelf-Life, & Delivery

Shipping Scope: We ship exclusively within the United States.

Product Care: Our snack mix is formulated to be shelf-stable. However, we are not responsible for product degradation, melting, or spoilage caused by improper storage after delivery (e.g., leaving the package in direct sunlight, extreme heat, or moisture).

Shipping Delays: Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Perishable Goods Policy: Because our product is a food item, all sales are final. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Goods: If your package arrives severely damaged or contaminated, please contact us at sales@stephsmix.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements for damaged items will be issued at our sole discretion.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our business, its owners, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, consumption, or misuse of our product, or from the use of our website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product you ordered.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these terms must be filed in the courts of Leawood, Kansas and Johnson County, Kansas.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page and will apply to all purchases made after the posting date.
